Prof. Dr. Tania Iossifova

With over 25 years of legal experience, Prof. Dr. Tania Iossifova combines in-depth academic expertise with extensive practical activity. An arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the Bulgarian Industrial Association since 2007, she is an established expert in civil, commercial, and family law. Her professional career encompasses academic teaching, scientific research, legal practice, and public activity at the highest level.

1993
Graduate of the Sofia High School of Mathematics and the First English Language School.
1998
Graduated with honors in Law from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
2000
Appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Private Law Sciences at the Faculty of Law of UNWE after winning a competitive selection process.
2002
Senior Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of UNWE.
2005
Acquired the educational and scientific degree of "Doctor" (PhD) with a dissertation on "Apparent Representation". Chief Assistant Professor.
2008
Associate Professor of Civil and Family Law at the Faculty of Law of UNWE.

Head of the Department of Private Law Sciences at the Faculty of Law of UNWE.
